Vibrating Screen - 10mm Thick Metal Plate Fabrication, Adjustable Perforated Plates & Low Maintenance Design | Ideal For Heavy Duty Applications

The body of Vibrating Screen is fabricated out of 10 mm thick plate reinforced from all important points by angle iron & pipe complete with base frame, spring & crankshaft & counter weight, housing & perforated sheet fitted in it to screen the material as per your requirement. This perforation can be changed as per your requirement. The machine shall be complete but without V-Belt & Motor.

Body Frame --

Screen Plates --
a c These are either drilled, perforated or wired with woven panels
a c Accurate sizes allowing proper capacity for separation of desired products.
a c The screen plates & woven wire panels are bolted to cross members & are connected with HT bolts, washers and Nyloc nuts.
a c U-clamps are used for fixing screen perforated plates.

Vibrator Assembly --
a c Comprise of electric shafts, driven V-Pulleys, unbalancing weights, bearings, housing & central pipe casing.
a c Shafts are accommodated in the assemblies with covers.
a c Perforated plates are set on the frames by U-clamps.
a c The entire screens are rested on set of coil springs & steel frames
