This consists of a horizontal tray that is made of mild steel or stainless steel. The presence of two special unbalance motors fixed on either sides of the tray enable in generating the vibration in the tray. The entire assembly of tray with motor rest on a set of coil springs so that, no vibrations are transmitted to the stand and ground. Once the motor gets started, the vibration sets in motion and further help in controlled flow of the material. The motor operates at 400/440v 3-phase A.C. system at 1440 RPM. This type of conveyors are widely used in plastics, rubber, ceramic, food, pharmaceutical, chemical, fertilizer, glass industry.
