1. The machine is suitable for finely and roughly turning cylinder and inner hole, inner and outer taper, surfacing, grooving, threading and curving of the ferrous, nonferrous metal and some kinds of non-metal with hard-alloyed and porcelain tools .
2. The main drive is driven by DC motor via tow-step vertical axle speed-changing device toengage in table soeed-change.
3. The table spindle is centered by high-precision double-row short roller bearing whose radial clearance can be adjusted .with constant hydrostatic guideway and oil temperature device applied in axial direction,the table has features of high swivel precision,larger loadability and smaller thermal deformation.
4. Feed system is driven by AC servo motor via rated gear pair taking ball screw to realize feed and rapid motion of head.It is suitable for changing universal into CNC type.
5. Constant hydraostatic guide way is for CNC railhead at- horizontal direction while ram adopts rolling and sliding guide way.
6. The left column and high one are fixed directly on foundation separately instead of connecting with table.This kind construction eliminates the mutual influence of spindle transmission,feed and thermal deformation,which also improve the whole precision and is convenient for precision regulation.
