Frame Assembly with m.s.covers & doors (powder coated).
Pneumatically operated Spraying unit
Electrically operated job holding & rotating units, one each for loading/unloading & spraying.
Pneumatic movement from loading to spraying station.
The above mentioned job holders are adjustable and can accommodate job sizes 25mm to 100 mm.
Available spray length 140mm. Each holder can be loaded to spray multiple jobs within this range.
In-built exhaust blower with removable & washable metal filter cartridge.
Microprocessor based Electric Control Panel.
