Special Features:
* Worm Wheel:
The Worm Wheel consists of cast phosphorous bronze metal rim shrunk and keyed on M.S. centre of 50 mm face width.
* Worm:
The Worm solid with the shaft is manufactured from high grade steel to give high torsional core strength. Work portion is case hardened to withstand wear.
* Bearings:
The worm shaft is fitted with heavy duty taper roller bearings, at both ends to absorb axial load and as well as thrust. The worm wheel is fitted with G.M. bush bearings at both ends and with thrust bearings to absorb upward thrust and to provide free movement.
* Lubrication:
SAE 90, Bharat Amocam 320 grade of oil is recommended for longer life of machine. Oil should be filled up to level of drain plug. Oil capacity is 3 Litres .
* Oil Seals:
Best quality of selected oil seals of synthetic rubber are used in the machine to avoid any leakage of oil.
