We make and supply of VCI Films in Mahesana, Gujarat, India. VCI polyfilm has following advantage over Traditional VCI Paper products used as a packaging medium for protection of Metal Surface from Corrosion & Rust.

VCI Polyfilm acts as very powerful effective moisture barrier, which is not the case with paper. In fact paper absorbs humidity, which accelerates the corrosion.
VCI Poly bags, tubing & sheets are transparent and hence packed products can be identified without opening the package. These benifits are not available with paper bags.
In Polythylene material there is more uniform distribution of VCI Chemical there by giving more effective & gradual long term performance compared to VCI Paper. Polyfilm have much more superior tear I tensile I impact strength than paper. It also has better elasticity & elongation.
It is available in natural & Coloured 2D pouches, 3D bags and Tube I Film as per customer's requirement.
