Offered this product Valve Tappet is also a critical component of the Engine as it can contribute to the Engine noise. There are two types of Tappets. One is Forged Type and other is Chilled Cast Iron type. Our present range covers only forged type. Some tappets have flat camface where as others have crowning radius on it. We manufacture both varieties. In case of Forged Tappets, we forge both head as well as cavity and hence it has longer life. These Tappets are made out of low carbon alloy steel and case carburised & hardened to reduce surface wear. Tappet Assemblies with hollow Tappets pressed with caps are also manufactured.
