The A-frame tube bundle is mounted on a platform carried by a steel or concrete structure. Fans integrated within the platform structure below the fin-tube bundle draw close air and discharge it on the fin tube for cooling. The cooling air absorbs the warmth of condensation from the steam. the new air leaves the ability on the surface of the fin tube bundle.
