Vacuum Filter Nutsche

A vacuum filter nutsche is one of the simplest batch filters. It is a open tank with a Perforated plate fitted inside having filter cloth as filter media. Perforated plate is having a suitable perforation to pass the filtrate. The slurry is fed into the filter vessel and separation of mother liquor from the slurry. Cake will form on perforated plate, which can be removed manually. If required, cleaning and washing of the filter nutsche can be done easily before starting a new batch. The Filters Nutsche can be offered up to operating vacuum of 720mm of Hg. The filter nutsche is very frequently used in Process plants industries .
