Vacuum Chamber is a heavy iron structure with motorised gate system, 100 meter cube tank which is fitted with the high speed tank blower and a hot oil coil pipeline is fitted inside the tank wall.in short a dehumidifier hot chamber to bake High voltage Transformer core to attain required insulation range or coat epoxy paint in moisture free atmosphere .This is generally required for heavy transformers manufacturing or maintenance and painting industries.


Working System

At first tank is heated with thermo fluid oil through the oil feed pump inside coil pipeline till the require temperature of 120A C and stop the heat and collect the hot air inside the chamber through the vacuum pump up to require 760mm of hg to( 10-0.5 tor) for non hygroscopic inside the tank area. This system is required for highly insulation resistance that are used in transformer coils.
