Usage:-
The machine is used to v-cut pcb board to samell pcb.
According to the length of your pcb, we have different models for you. Such as YS-805 for pcb less than 400mm length, and YS-830 for any length pcb cutting.
Available PCB thickness: from 0.2mm to 3.2 mm
Available V-cut thickness: from 0.2mm to 2.0mm

Features:-
1, Controlled by microcomputer program, it can cut board accurately with no error.
2, Adjustable blade moving speed: 300mm/s or 500mm/s. As per customers' need, certain speed can be set.
3, Upper blade can be adjustable between 0 and 2mm to meet different thickness of PCB and V-cut.
4, Operation platform can be adjustable higher and lower between 0 and 50mm.
5, As per your pcb length, we have different models for you. So any length pcb is available.
6, Available board thickness: 0-3.2mm, V-groove thickness:0-2mm
7, Pre-set the cutting start and end point to well control the cutting length.
8, The blades are sharp and endurable. And they can be sharpened between 7 and 10 times.
9, Minimize the shearing stress to avoid micro-cracks of the solder joints.
