• Green Sand Plant: The fully automated sand plant based at Kathwada GIDC is equipped with a high pressure mold line along with hydraulic operated rail truck systems, engaged in delivering 200 molds in size 550 X 5005 mm.
  
• Testing Facilities: The testing facility is divided into various sections such as casting testing facility, machining testing facility and so on. The complete unit is supported by top-quality equipment such as chemical analyzer, micrometer, bore dial gauge, etc.
  
• Machine Shop: In the machine shop, top-class vertical machining center (VMC) is placed along with Boring Machine, CNC Boring Machine, Diesel Generator (160 KVA), Drill Machine, Milling Machine, Radial Drill Machine, Vertical Lathe Machine, Turret Lathe, Turret Lathe (self shafting) and Vertical Rotary Milling Machine.
