   acidifies the gut of shrimp/prawn and prevents the growth of pathogens
   like, clostridia, streptococci, E.coli, salmonella, and vibrio species.

   is capable of releasing enzymes like Amylase, phytase, protease, lipase
   and cellulase, and beta gluconase in substantial quantities along with
   B group of vitamins and antibacterial substances like, acidocin,
   bacteriosin, polymixin etc.
