Ultrasonic power was created by Piezo electric crystals that is suitably bonded and excited by a high frequency signal to create an alternate pressure effect in the liquid dislodging minute particles. By following these effects the solution is tear apart and produces cavitational bubbles. And, when these bubbles collapse, during the compressional mode of the cycle, the high pressure mechanical effects are created that blast away the solid soil from the surface. The process of dislodging the solid soil in the solvency of the oil and fat in the cleaning media is done with the help of ultrasonic cavitations.

Rinsing

The carry over chemicals on the surface of the components are eliminated in this rinsing station. Further, to achieve a quick dissolution of the carry over chemicals, the water is heated at higher temperature. All these processes are repeated twice at different stations many times.

Drying Hot Air Blow

The component is dried by a blast of hot air at around 100 deg at Drying Hot Air Blow station.
