Ultra Violet (Uv) System

We deal in designing and developing qualitative Ultra -violet (UV) system which is customized in compliance with the demand and requirements of our client. UV rays lie just beyond the visible light band on the shorter wavelength end of the electromagnetic spectrum. Wavelengths of the high- energy UV-C ray range between 200 nm and 280 nm (1 nm= 10-9 m). These rays particularly with 253.7 nm wavelength have specialty of killing all the microorganisms upon contact. The destructive rays strike and enter the body of a disease causing micro-organism such as viruses, bacteria, yeast, algae and certain protozoa. The rays as entered the germsa body are absorbed by the organism DNA and reacting with DNA kill it at once. Our UV system is featured with simple construction and swift action and has provided the worlda s most effective and most economical method of UV disinfection to obtain germ free water. The system does not require any chemical hence there are no hazards of storage and over dosage of toxic and corrosive chemicals. Thus, our plant assists in raising considerably the safety level of water being used domestically and for industry purpose.
