Envelope working pressure 0.2 Mpa

Curing time About 220 minutes
2.Remarks:
1). the power 31kw can change according to customers advice
2). the pressure in the pot and in the package envelope fall to environment pressure which are controled by the switch unit of zero-pressure
3.Specifications:
1).With printing system and without printing system.
2).With stipulated pressure and temperature .
3).Steam heating and electric heating systems and oil heating
4).One pressure gauge systems :one is for envelope ,the other is for inner tubes .
4.Functions:
1). To make procured tread bonded firmly together with old tyre. Automatic temperature controlled ,automatic pressure relief once exceeding the pressure set.
2). Multiple safety interlock to guarantee safe operation.
3). To make interfusion of procured tread and used tyre core though vacuum pumping, pressurization and heating and so on,And increase the intensity and wear ability of tread at the same time.
