a c Specially designed valve using kinematics of lever and linkages for Isolation purpose.
a c Kinematics guides the disc movement such that disc moves parallel to seat and then turn 90 degree ensuring no rubbing of seal and seating surface enhancing seal life.
a c Simple rubber chord of round section is inserted in dovetail groove eliminates complicated sealing geometry and seal shape.
a c Nitrile, Viton,Silicon rubber seal is used to achieve zero leakage at low temperature.
a c For high temperature (above 200A C) sealing surfaces are hard faced, machined, ground and lapped to achieve high degree of isolation.
a c Drive- Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Manual.
