Roll Process BE MADE FROM A HIGH GRADE TOOL STEEL TYPE AISI 4140 OR DIN 7225 hardened to 60 Rockwell C. and ground hard chrome plated diamond Finish Rollers (Mirror Finish) to an Rt value of 0.1 to 0.3 my. The rolls should have a cylindricity tolerance of around 5 my.
Roller speed One Variable Drive for both rollers so you can set any R.P.M. of both rollers . Digital read out for R.P.M. of both rollers.
Friction ratio Fix friction ratio
Adjustable nip clearance 4 mm to 0.2mm nip clearance. Digital read out of nip clearance will be provided.
