Equipment installation and commissioning
1.Firstly install the beer filler on the filling site. It is better to be closer to the draft beer buffer tank.
2.Adjust the four footing screws of the filler until it does not shake and be steady.
3.Connect beer inlet pipe. The filler beer inlet pipe mouth is DN20 flexible pipe connector, the same as buffer tank beer outlet pipe mouth. This two pipe mouth can be connected by pressure hose (the internal diameter of the flexible pipe is 2.5cm). After insert the flexible pipe, tighten it by steel wire clamp.
4.Connect CO2 inlet pipe, that is: connect the filler air inlet and beer buffer tank CO2 flushing pipe mouth(beer buffer tank CO2 flushing pipe can connect three links ) by a R8PU pipe. Inset the pipe directly, which can make sure the beer pressure is the same as CO2 pressure.
5.Adjust the filling height: Adjust the filling head height according to the height of filling vessel or bottle. When adjusting, press the foot treadle to lower dead center.
