1. Function and Performance:-
Two drums pressure screen is the heart of the approach flow system for the modern paper machine. The special designed corrugated screen plate can provide ideal turbulent flow near the screen cut. It can keep constant distance between rotor and screen cylinder all the time and has the structure of strong purification of rotor to screen frame, so it can avoid the apprearance of the stock stopping up or blocking up and flocculating.

2.Structure:-
The special designed accepts pipe structure which located under the screen cylinder and rotor is able to deliver the accepts flow after screening to the accepts outlet from all sides of the screen, so the accepts deliver is stable and without pulse. It can disperse the fiber filler and papermaking aid and fluidize. It can also screen out remained impurity in the stock and impurity from the broke system, so it has the function of guaranteening the quality of the stock. At the same time it can meet the need of all operation of the paper machine headbox.
