Two-component Silicone Insulating Sealant

Introduction: HX-920 Two-component Silicone Insulating Sealant is neutral curing silicone sealant specially designed for insulating glass assembly. Formulation of HX-920 product makes itself have the performance of high modulus and high strength to meet insulating glass assembly requirement. Use the special two-component sealing robot to do the construction. The two components will react rapidly and be cured into elastomer after being mixed according to the stipulated proportion.
Characteristics:
1. Curing speed can be adjusted and keep curing is quick. It is fit for construction in the factory and causes no corrosion to building materials including metal, coated glass, concrete, marble and granite.
2. Release low molecular alcohol material during the curing, no pungent or offensive odor.
3. Excellent weathering and aging resistant performance, resistant to aging, ultraviolet, ozone and water.
4. Excellent high and low temperature resistance, after the curing, it will not become brittle, hard or crazed in low temperature of -50C or softened, degraded in high temperature of +150C, it always keeps favorable elasticity.
5. Good compatibility with other neutral silicone sealants.
