The details of the contractors, duration of their engagement and the other details is downloaded from SAP/ ERP.
After the data is downloaded from SAP an unique number is allocated to each labour/employee of the contractor.
This unique number with photo and other details is printed on a sticker and attached to the smart card issued to the non-employee.
Finger print (of two fingers) is also stored in the smart card.
There is an integration with HR., Commercial, Safety & Security Department for proper authorization and capture of data regarding labour license no, insurance no etc.
The cards are scanned at the gate by IP based Bio-Metric readers.
