Tube Deck Settler

These tube settlers are fabricated out of MS plate or installed in RCC Tanks by utilizing PVC tube deck. The tube deck is most effective for settling with or without coagulation and / or flocculation. High settling surface area, leads to a very effective settling but in a small tank volume and effective retention time is also reduces tremendously. These tube settlers are designed to the specific requirement of the customer.

For greater effluent flows, it is recommended to use clarifier systems in RCC Tanks.
