AV 2 Group was founded in November 2001 by Mr. Anurag Saxena, who after a stint of almost 22 years in CRPF as an infantry and communications officer, sought voluntary retirement and trained in Israel, United States of America and Canada in Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM technology). His mentor, Mr. Rob Muessel, was the chief trainer in TSCM Sweeps and Technical Director of M/s Information Security Associates, USA. Later Mr. Muessel owned M/s TSCM Technical Services, 133 Pond Road, Shelburne, VT 05482 USA which was closed for business in 2019 due to his retirement. He and has been visiting India quite frequently to train and update the TSCM team of AV 2 Group.
