Triple action bailing machines are perfectly designed to produce high-quality bales in a more compact form. They require axial piston cum Vane pump type oil drive. The weight of the Bale is between 15 kg to 40 kg in MS and 5 kg to 15 kg in All. They are Auto/ PLC operated in a periodic time of 70 seconds approximately. The oil tank used in the triple action bailing press has a capacity of 600 liters. Ejection by the bales is automatic in the machine.

Some of the parts like cutting blades, lining plates, starter, and the oil chillers are optional in the machine. The total weight of the machine is approximately 6.5 tons, and the dimension is around 7 inch x 7.5 inch x 18.5 inch (H X W X L). A triple action baler presses the scrap material from all the three sides i.e. from the top, lengths and sideways. These machines also authorize the maximum feeding of scrap in the EAF during the heat. These balers are accessible easily and in various sizes and with miscellaneous capacities.
