DEFINATION :

Trisodium Citrate occurs as two forms: the crystal form (dihydrate)called Trisodium Citrate (crystal) and the anhydrrous form called Trisodium Citrate(anhydrous)


Instruction for Use:

Dissolve required amount into a small volume of must. Add to bulk of must prior to fermentation and stir well.

Mixtures with other acids :

Trisodium citrate anhydrous can be mixed in any ratio with other acids without lump forming. It is freely soluble in water and practically insoluble in ethanol (96%).
Tri-sodium citrate is only added to raise the pH if necessary after all acid has been added - whether natural acid from the fruit or added acid in the form of Tartaric acid, citric acid, or malic acid, etc.
