Transient Heater

We are engaged in manufacturing, exporting and supplying excellent quality Transient Heater in Satara, Maharashtra, India. The sole purpose of Transient Heater is to reduce the viscosity of the massecuite by keeping its optimum temperature at about 52 Deg. C. This will make it more flow able and keep from motor overloading of Centrifugal Machine.

When massecuite is transferred from Vacuum Pan to Centrifugal machine through Crystellizer, it is cooled down in crystallizer to extract maximum quantity of sugar from mother Molasses. This results in more viscous massecuite and does not flow freely to the Centrifugal Machine. The C/F machine does not receive uniform feed, reducing its purging capacity.

Massecuite Heater is the equipment that solves all these problems.

4. Asbestos free Sealing Ring/Gaskets-Aramid Fiber Gaskets
5. No of Tube side passes- 3 nos.
6. Top tubes arranged in a pattern that allows the massecuit to flow fast downward, keeping retention time and molasses purity minimum.
7. Being Small and compact can be fitted between Pug Mill and Centrifugal Machine.
8. Hot water at 85 Deg. C is heating source.
