This standard is applicable for titanium white powder of chlorination process, all the indexes are referred to R-902 products indexes.

2.Instructions:
(1)Belongs to Rutile type titanium white powder, high anti-pulverization properties.
This type is Titanium white pigment with Al2O3 and SiO2 inorganic surface treatment,and
organic surface treatment.
It have high covering power, lente plana, medium weather assistance, good dispersibility.
(2)Whiteness value and reducing power are relative, basing on R-902 standard sample(100%), other value is referred to GB1706-2006.

Rutile type TiO2 relative density 4.26,melting point 1830~1850A C. Anatase type TiO2 relative density 3.84.
TiO2 chemical property is very stable,non- soluble in water, organic acid, weak inorganic acid, and soluble in concentrated ulfuric acid, alkali, hydrofluoric acid.
Refractive index: Rutile type 2.70; Anatase type 2.55.
TiO2 have excellent Pigment property,and non-poisonous.
