2. The features of titanium wire weaving mesh
Titanium wire weaving mesh is mainly used in sieving and filtering, or the filtering of gas and liquid, the separation of other medium in acid or alkali environment conditions. There are three kinds of methods to weave, plain weave, twilled weave, dense weave. Because the titanium wire drawing is difficult, the thinnest wire we can do is 0.05mm in current domestic. The low elongation, great strength, high elasticity, high elasticity and low flexibility limit the manufacturing of high mesh number mesh.
