Our range of Thrust ball bearings consist of two precision chrome steel washers (ring) and a ball complement spaced by bronze retainer. They can be supplied with or without radius ball grooves in the rings. This type of bearings is designed to work with thrust loads while running at high speeds. Thrust ball bearings can withstand axial load, but can not bear radial load. Thrust ball bearing can be divided into two kinds: one is single direction thrust ball bearings, and another is double direction thrust ball bearings. The single direction thrust ball bearings are separable so that mounting is simple because the washers and the ball and cage assembly can be mounted separately. As for double direction thrust ball bearings, the various parts can be mounted separately, and this type of bearings can accommodate axial loads acting in both directions.
