Thread Forming Dies

These Thread Rolling Flat Dies are usually made from selected grade of Cold Work Tool Steel. Dies are carefully machined. Care is given on heat-treatment of dies which is done in Microprocessor controlled electric furnaces. Threads are formed on World class Thread Grinding Machines carefully minimizing any type of stress on material. Thread profiles are kept as per Standards and are checked utilizing Profile projectors and Comparators.

Thread rolling Dies are made for Dies Maximum Length upto 310 mm. MPT dies are made for all standard machine blocks. Dies are made for all makes of Thread Rolling machines such as SASPI, WATERBURY FARREL, NKW, NISSAI and other machines as per requirement. MPT Ground Dies have correct Dimensional Accuracy, Profile comparable to standards and good life, Dies are supplied in Ground Shining Finish and Grit Blaster Finish, as per requirement.
