Thiadiazole Derivative

As a Thiadiazole Derivative, POUPC 6001 can function as an excellent metal deactivator and corrosion inhibitor. On one hand, it can form chemical protective film on metal surfaces to prevent metal ions into the lubricant oils, on the other, it can capture metal ions to form non-catalytic materials, so that it significantly reduces lubricant oil's oxidation propensity.
Additionally, the product can prevent active sulfur and organic acids from corrosive attacks on the metal surfaces, and exhibit good synergistic effects with some conventional antioxidants.

Application: As Antioxidant, Antiwear agent, Corrosion inhibitor and Metal deactivator, it can be widely used in engine oil, lubricating greases, industrial gear oils, hydraulic oil, turbine oil and emulsified oil.

Recommended treatment level: 0.1%--0.5%

Packaging: In 200L steel drums.
