To reduce energy consumption, ATH is equipped with a high efficiency heat exchanger.It can quickly heat up the room temperature to the required temperature, thus greatly reduce the dull time, and achieve production efficiency.
The chamber is a design to minimize heat loss.It has a thick door panel with 150mm thickness and a special paneling of high density insulating material warp with special metal sheet for low heat radiation.
The centrifugal blower is designed with high efficiency.Even at high temperature, it can generate enough air volume and air pressure and guarantee the hot air to flow rapidly through the fabric by the up and down nozzles, thus achieving perfect stentering effect.
