- Adjustable main roller pressure ( overdraft ).
- Air blower motor.
- Average 2,0m wide foam ( 2000 m2 ) one side lamination while LPG consumption is around 3 kg / 1000 mb.
- Burner(s) supply ( fueling ): LPG gas out of gas cylinder (automatic fueling; propane-butane).
- Automatic burner rotation whenever not burn.
- Unique construction of the not cooled burners protect them from getting deformed at any stage during continuous work.
- Exhausts fan (heat off take and exhausts).
- Surface smoothing and one side welding for Non woven needle Punch fabric.
- When fabric is finished the machine automatically stops
- Main motor (having reduction gear )
- Main rollers one among them cooled with water of diameter 12,5".

- Usage of around 1000 l/h cooling water. Could also work in closed circuit option/ ( regeneration ) for cost reduction.
