Textile Printing Thickener

( Kerosene Replacement Product on Textile Pigment Printing)

VISCOPRINT is a synthetic-thickner based yellow semi-solid product which makes high viscous stock-paste from water on high speed mixing. The stock-past is being used as replacement of kerosene or mineral turpentime in textile-pigment printing process. Viscoprint is specifically designed product to achieve satisfactory results in textile pigment printing using various methods such as Roller, Rotary, Automatic Flat-Bed and Hand screen printing. Textile printing pastes prepared by VISCOPRINT have the proper rhelogical properties required for fabric printing.

VISCOPRINT offers the most economical and easy handling system for the textile printing. Approximately 2.5% to 3.5% VISCOPRINT replaces kerosene or mineral terpentine by water in the conventional pigment printing method and offers very stable system. 2.5% to 3.5% VISCOPRINT is being used in preparing the stock-paste from water depending upon the required viscosity of the printing paste and the method of printing being used.

100kgs. VISCOPRINT stoc-paste is prepared as under :

Water -80% then add while high speed mixing.
VISCOPRINT -2.5% to 3.5% continue mixture about 5 mins. & then add
Binder -6% and
Kerosene - 10% while mixing, if desired.

Do not add catalyst, diammonium phosphate, ammonium chloride, urea, emulsifier or gum-paste in the VISCOPRINT SYSTEM

1% to 2% melamine formaldehyde resin (fixer) could be added directly to the printing paste to achieve excellent wet-rubbing fastness on polyster or polystercptton blends.

The stock is a stable over six months when stored in normal condition while VISCOPRINT is a specifically tropicallized product which is stable over six months when stored in normal condition.

As regular acrylic binder is being used for fixation, for optimum performance a cure of approximately 140 degree celcious.

The standard packing is 50,60,75 kgs carboy.
