Ten Horns Screen

Our offered SJS Ten Horns Screen is a heavy mineral dressing equipment whose screen box has ten horns. Its special screen box design greatly improves the screen efficiency.

Working principle:-
Small Feeding hole and the design of ten horns can increase the screen area by 40 %~ 50%. It adopts 626 small aperture sieve (222 mm in piston ring) to maintain high productivity. The material rushes down from the high point of sieve drum . Afterwards it crashes the ten horns cylindrical screen at a high speed , making old sand mass fine crushing and screening. So old sand line need not to set up special crusher, which can reduce the cost of investment .
