Tempchalk is mainly designed to mark on hot metal surfaces. The marking/coding can be made with Tempchalk at the working temperatures as high as 750 Deg C. The mark would withstand upto 1200 Deg C (2200 Deg F) and is visible at the elevated temperatures. The mark will be intact even after cooling and can be removed by using wet cloth or knife.
