Taxi Dispatch System is optimized for dispatching taxicabs along with other services like couriers, field service technicians, mass transit vehicles or emergency services assisted by computer. A dispatcher may announce the call details to field units via a mobile data terminal (MDT), smart phone mobile application, voice and/or sms used to store and retrieve data (i.e. client information, schedules, etc.).
