T-grip Lining

To help water flow and to ensure long-lasting utilize, broad sized concrete pipes are generally lined inside with ceramic tiles. To avoid high manufacture costs a HDPE sheet usage are devised as inside lining. This sheet has a particular profile that allows its anchoring & installation in the concrete during the casting process, using a series of longitudinal T's. This means that the inside of the concrete pipe is indeed like the inside of any standard HDPE pipe, with all resulting advantages. This particular HDPE sheet is developed from a special calender with the help of contoured rollers that produce the longitudinal T's.
