Our Surface Protection Tapes find applications for protection of powder coated / painted metals, plastics for outdoor and indoor applications. we have transparent and black and white surface protection tapes with film thickness 40 & 75 microns. We have Acrylic foam tapes (AFTs) that are approved from Auto OE's like VW and used for applications like bonding of body side moulding,emblems, metal inserts in plastics, weather strips. Apart from auto applications the tape are used in structural glazing for glass to metal bonding. In clean rooms it is used for glass windows to metal door bonding, closure panel bonding.Our AFT's are made of high density foam hence exhibits very high bond along with constant temperature resistance of 204 Degree C. and short term temp. resistance of 249 Deg.C. Other properties are U.V. and solvent resistance,long term durability, peel adhesion of 4358 N/meter and dynamic shear value 550 KPa. Hence, best suitable for almost all external/ internal bonding applications. We also provide AFT primer, glass primer, ceramic primer used to prepare the surface before application of AFTs.
