Facilities :-
Co-extrusion : Ikon extrude the film as per the width and thickness as required. Can extrude film up to 1550mm with the thickness from 18 micron to 200 micron. We have 3 nos Three Layer Blown Film Line,3 nos Slitting Machine,

Coating :
Coating equipment applies the required coating weight on film as per the application Surface ie Matt, Glossy, Easy peel Glossy or Universal from our custom formulated adhesives. We have 1 coating machine, 1 no Slicer and 2 nos Rewinders.Capacity of coating machine is 2100 MTPA.

Printing :
Ikon have been providing films with custom printed matters / logos in two colours. We have one Rotogravure Printing and Lamination Machine.Capacity of printing lamination is 5000 MTPA.
