For different quantities adjust cooking time accordingly. Deep Fry: Preheat oil (recommended maximum temperature: 175C). Deep fry half a basket of HyFun Super Wedges for about 3 minutes to a light golden color. Bake: Preheat the oven to 220C. Arrange HyFun Super Wedges in a single layer on a lightly greased baking tray and bake for approx. 12-15 minutes to a light golden color. Storage Keep frozen at -18C or below. Do not refreeze after thawing. Shelf Life 18 Months.
