Super-point Pu Adhesive

Application : Footwear, for bonding synthetic soles with upper. SUITABLE FOR MAKING HIGH QUALITY SHOES AND SANDALS

Method of Application : Both the surfaces to be bonded, should be free from impurities including dust,grease etc.. The leather surface is to be buffed properly. A thin layer of SUPER POINT PU is to be applied on both the surfaces to be bonded. Give adequate drying time to both the surfaces for solvent evaporation for about 10 minutes. Second coat on porous surface will produce better result. The two substrates are then bonded by "stuck on process" after heat activation (at 70-75 degree centigrade for leather and for PVC at 50 degree centigrade).Bonding should be done with uniform pressure when the substrates are hot.
CautionHighly inflammable. Replace lid immediately after partial use. Store in a cool and dry place.
