It is contain three layer PVC sheet, inner polystyrene foam and both outer side white clay coated paper. Used for advertising purpose indoor or outdoor for excellent printability, standard thickness 2 mm to 10 mm. We can print directly on it through UV flatbed printing machine or mounted printed vinyl on sun board thereafter pasted onto wall fixed with fasteners or double sided tape depending on surface. Directly UV prints on sun board long lasting solutions. It is also used for POS, POP branding exhibitions, Shops, Stage, standing sun boards etc. It offers at affordable price, we print in three qualities 1. Eco solvent prints and mounts on sun board. 2. Digital prints with matte or gloss lamination and mount on sun board. 3. Direct UV printing on sun board. It is a cheaper and faster way, in this process you can print up to 8ftx8ft whole sheet. After printing you may cut the way as you wish. Woods, Plastic, Gloss, Cloth and any kinds of material can be print but that should be flat surface. Another advantage of UV printing is there is no chance of peal out vinyl from sun board. After printing it can cut thoroughly high quality laser beam for making cut-outs.
