Submersible Pump

The Eureka Submersible Pumps consists of multistage, Centrifugal, Vertical axis pumps. Series of Impellers are rotate inside vane diffusers, chanelling the fluid from each impeller to the suction opening of the next. The fluid passes through the series of impellers and leaves the pumps via the delivery outlet.

Applications

These pumps are suitable to pumping clean water and fluids, which are not chemically aggressive to the pump components.
The wide range available and the constructive reliability of Eureka Submersible pumps allow their use in many field such as supply of drinking water, irrigation, fire fighting, water boosting, industrial water supply & farm house.

Structural Characteristics & Features

The motor is of the asynchronous type 3 phase 415V, 50Hz with water-cooled statoric winding. The rotor is mounted on anti-wear bearing and special type type thrust bearing absorbs axial thrust.

The hydraulic parts are available in two different versions- Radial pumps(MER-series) for high heads and limited capacities and the mixed flow pumps(MEM-MSP-MSM series) for medium heads & high capacities

The pump casings are of high-grade cast iron with CNC machining. The impellers are graded bronze. (IS: 318 grade) and are dynamically balanced.
