The Xennia Jade can accommodate up to eight colours and is available with three different web widths, giving ultimate flexibility and performance. The 720 dpi greyscale print quality and 270-740 m2/hr (2,906-7,965 ft2/hr) maximum print speed (twice this for CMYKx2 mode) makes the Xennia Jade the ideal high end digital textile solution for fashion fabrics, furnishing and interior textiles, flags, banners and outdoor fabrics, as well as automotive and Technical textiles

Intuitive rapid turnaround printing
Powerful integrated XenJet print software allows users to prepare print jobs and print images quickly and simply using an intuitive interface. New images can be loaded rapidly allowing fast introduction of new designs, and images can be varied on the fly to allow mass customisation. Selectable print modes allow different combinations of colours, ink coverage, throughput and quality to be achieved. The system comes with a built-in RIP, while third party RIPs can be used if required.

Integrated printing system with flexible option
The Xennia Jade high quality digital textile solution is supplied as a self-contained system comprising blanket motion system (1.8 m, 2.6 m and 3.2 m variants), scanning printhead carriage, fluid control units, substrate wind and unwind stations, optional in-line digital drying unit, control electronics,automated printhead maintenance station and software. The Xennia Jade is available with up to 8 colours, in either standard or high productivity versions.

Range of pre- and post-treatment options
The Xennia Jade is available with a variety of fabric unwind, feeding and guidance devices as well as an optional pre-treatment device that allows great flexibility in pre-treatment and penetration enhancement options. Different fabric control options are also available to allow printing of textiles from very fine silks to heavy furnishing fabrics and towelling. A choice of drying and post treatment devices means that fabrics including velvet or flocked upholstery, towelling, pile and automotive textiles can be handled.

Maximum performance with XenInx digital textile printing inks
The Xennia Jade is designed for optimum performance with Xennia's high performance XenInx digital textile ink range. Using XenInx Amethyst reactive dye inks (CMYKROB + light shades), XenInx Corundum disperse dye inks (CMYKROB + light shades) or XenInx Agate acid dye inks (CMYKROB + light shades) the printer delivers excellent print quality on a wide range of textile substrates. These inks offer rich, vibrant colours and excellent wash, crock and light fastness with high printing reliability. Xennia can also develop customised inks and processes to meet specific application requirements.
