Stirling Engine

Our offering Stirling engine is a device which converts input heat into output mechanical power by approximating the thermodynamic cycle known as a Stirling Cyclea . In 1964 prof. William Beale, from Ohio University, USA invented the a free-piston Stirling Enginea (FPSE) which directly converted the reciprocating Motion of the pistons into electrical power by means of a linear alternator inside the engine. These FPSE units are hermetically sealed with a single penetration of the pressure-vessel-the sealed feed through connector which allows electrical power to be extracted from the unit without gas leakage.
