Our Manufacturing plant has been designed to enable production of the highest performance Starbrite, and also to do so with the most efficient use of water and energy, and with the minimum production of effluent. We have the most well equipped Laboratory and trained personnel to cater to the specifications of our valued customers.
Quality is the basis and a key to effective functioning at the Star group of companies. Maintaining and adhering to the quality standards is a moral responsibility of every employee at Star Claytech. To ensure the quality of our products, the appropriate quality parameters are assessed at each stage of the processing, and the feedback from the analysis is utilized, via our statistical process control systems, to ensure that we always achieve the desired results.
Specialized equipment is also utilized in the quality assessment of the various parameters throughout the production and final inspection. We measure pH, viscosity, acid concentration, particle size, surface area, taped bulk density, bleaching performance, moisture content, and oil-filtration time etc. at various stages of the processing.
