Oreins stamping workshop supplies the automotive, door lock hardware, plumbing, communications, and fire protection industries from our new 200,0-sq. M. With a complete in-house tool design, engineering staff, and tool-room, Oriens is capable of building over 90% of all necessary production tooling. and these stamping metal are offered by our industry at reasonable rates.

Production capabilities include ICOP, Die-set Transfer and Progressive Die presses with a range from 10 to 500 ton. These presses can form material from 0.010" (0.254mm) up to 0.150" (3.81mm) thick. Extensive experience exists in 300/400 Series Stainless Steel, 1008/1010 Cold Rolled Steel, Aluminum, Copper, Brass, as well as specialty materials such as HSLA (high strength low alloy) and Galfan. The parts supplied range in depth from ?" (12.7mm) to 10" (254mm).

All presses are computer controlled to insure exact customer specifications and quality requirements, thus producing parts with maximum accuracy. Our sophisticated, well designed in-house systems of production allow us to expertly maintain and protect the high cost of tooling, which is critical in today's marketplace.
