Spray Type Cleaner Usage: Industrial

The offered cleaner is widely used for cleaning or removing all types of grease, oil etc. by dispersing them into minute particles and holding them in suspension. Our provided Solve Clean - K is solvent type degreaser and can also be operated a lower temperature.

The 'Solvent Clean - K' is recommended when a fast superficial cleaning is needed. Regarding air pollution and cost, it is much advantageous as compared to Conventional Solvent degreasing process and at the same time it is almost equal in performance.

Chemical Properties:

The product is based on white spirit, surface acting agent, wetting agent and emulsifying agent along with phosphate compound.

Batch Make Up:

Fill the tank with water to its operating level and heat the water to the specified temperature (Max : 60^o 70^o C). Add additive powder in small quantity and stir well to dissolve it. Add Solve Clean 'K' solution slowly under constant stirring to the both. All equipments in both spray and dip application such as thanks, pumps, pipes and nozzles can be of mild steel. There should be some heating devices.
